134.1.1 - Good workmanship by one or more skilled or instructed persons and proper materials SHALL be used in the ERECTION of the electrical installation. The installation of equipment shall take into account the manufacturers instructions.
Non Skilled person (electrically) - Person who DOESN'T possess, as appropriate to the nature of the electrical work to be undertaken, adequate education, training and practical skills, and who is NOT able to perceive risks and avoid hazards which electricity can create.
